Data Driven Organization Design: Sustaining the competitive edge through organizational analytics
This book provides a step-by-step practical guide for how to design your optimal organisation, and implement that design for sustained and superior performance.
To help explain the various processes throughout the book, I worked together with another illustrator to create diagrams to easily visualise the steps explained within the text. I also created UI designs for the product featured within the book, including dashboard designs for best practice. This project required working directly with the Author to fully understand the intention of the illustrations in order to produce easy to understand visuals for the publication, using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
